Group sessions (3β8 players) provide a fun, supportive environment to develop fundamentals and game awarenessβperfect for mates who want to train together while still receiving tailored guidance.

We partner with local junior clubs to deliver structured coaching blocks or one-off sessions that support your existing training program. Our club visits are designed to reinforce fundamental skills and introduce game concepts in a way that complements your team strategy.

Our school programs are designed to support and enhance existing AFL school teams, aligning with the Victorian Health & Physical Education Curriculum. Sessions focus on building fundamental skills, game understanding, and teamwork. Programs can be delivered as one-off sessions or ongoing development blocks, tailored to suit the needs of each school and year level.

Our school holiday programs provide a structured and enjoyable environment for players to continue developing their fundamental AFL skills and game understanding. Sessions focus on keeping things simple, building confidence, and fostering a genuine love for the game in a supportive setting.

Designed for girls aged 13β17 who are serious about taking their football to the next level.

What's Included?
On-Field: Led by AFLW players Ash Riddell and Jas Garner, athletes will take part in a high-performance football session focused on:
Footy fundamentals
Decision-making under pressure
Game awareness and strategy
Off-Field: Following the clinic, athletes will attend a 30-minute sports nutrition session with AFLW athlete and accredited nutritionist Ruby Tripodi, including:
Recovery foods provided
Top 5 game-day nutrition tips
Hydration testing and personalised hydration guidance
A unique opportunity to learn from elite athletes and gain the tools to elevate performance both on and off the field.
